Delivery
Orders are delivered the next day after order confirmation, from Monday to Saturday.

The cost of delivery is 60 lei, and for delivery on the same day, before 12:00, a commission of 100 lei is paid.

When ordering from 2000 lei, delivery is free!

In case of delivery, payment methods:

• Cash payment to the courier;
• Bank transfer to Samsonite bank account, promptly requesting bank details and invoice for payment.

Payment for the order is made directly to the courier upon delivery and receipt of the order.

• Bank card:

We accept payments by national and international bank cards.

• Bank transfer:

It is possible to pay by bank transfer to the Samsonite settlement account, with a timely request for bank details and an invoice for payment.

• In installments at 0%

Return

Return of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase upon presentation of a receipt for payment and a warranty card.

When returning the goods, the buyer has the right to demand the return of the cost of the goods according to the receipt of payment or its replacement with another product, with equalization of the cost.

If the product has already been used and worn out, it cannot be returned.
