The warranty described below applies only to the original purchaser of the Product or the person who initially received this Product as a gift, and for a period starting from the date on which this product was purchased. Electrical and electronic components, connections, cables, adapters, and batteries are not covered by the warranties described herein. For warranty service at a Service Center, you require the duly completed warranty certificate or the original proof of purchase. The Service Center will determine whether or not the problem is covered by the Samsonite warranty. If the warranty applies, you will be informed whether the Product will be repaired or replaced. Such repair or replacement will be at Samsonite's expense, including any costs required to return the repaired or replaced product to you. If the Product needs to be replaced and that Product is no longer available, Samsonite will provide you with a Product of comparable value.

Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. Labor hours and damage attributable to work performed by someone other than a Service Center are not covered by this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty described herein is limited to the value of the Product.
