• How do we measure the suitcase size according to international standards?

Suitcase size includes wheels, outside pockets and handles. For this reason, the sizes established by international standards, as well as in the product description, are equipped with these parameters.

• If the suitcase is damaged during the flight, is a warranty repair possible?

If your suitcase was damaged/damaged during the flight, all claims will be directed to the airline, which is obliged to compensate for the material damage caused.

• Why am I not getting the key for the suitcase lock I bought?
